Shipping & Delivery Policy

JestBot is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely online. This page exists to be explicit about that, since 'shipping policy' pages are a standard requirement for online payment processors even for products with nothing to physically ship.

1. Digital delivery only

Every JestBot plan — Free, Starter, and Pro — grants access to software features hosted entirely on JestBot’s servers: bot creation, knowledge-base ingestion, the embeddable chat widget, the agent panel, analytics, and the leads dashboard. Nothing you purchase from JestBot is manufactured, packaged, or shipped in physical form. There is no box, no disc, no printed material, and no physical media of any kind involved in any transaction on this platform.

2. What actually gets “delivered”

Concretely, upgrading to a paid plan “delivers” the following, immediately and automatically:

  • Increased limits on bots, documents, and monthly widget messages
  • Access to bring-your-own-key model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, Mistral) beyond the default Ollama-backed model
  • Agent seats and team slots for the human-handover layer
  • A confirmation email summarizing the plan you’re now on and the amount charged

None of this requires waiting on a courier, a warehouse, or a delivery window.

3. When access is granted

Paid-plan access is granted automatically and immediately once Razorpay confirms a successful payment — in almost all cases this happens within seconds of completing checkout, and you’re redirected straight back into a dashboard that already reflects your new plan.

In rare cases where Razorpay’s confirmation webhook to our servers is delayed (for example, during a brief network hiccup on either side), activation can take a few extra minutes. You don’t need to do anything in that window — it resolves automatically as soon as the payment confirmation reaches us, typically well under 15 minutes.

4. Delivery confirmation

You’ll receive an email receipt from Razorpay confirming the charge, and a separate confirmation inside the JestBot dashboard (visible under Settings → Billing) showing your active plan, renewal date, and payment history. Together these serve as your proof of “delivery” for a digital subscription — there is no tracking number because there is nothing in transit.

5. No physical shipping

Because nothing is shipped, JestBot does not collect shipping addresses at checkout, does not charge shipping or handling fees, and concepts like delivery carriers, tracking numbers, shipping zones, or estimated delivery windows do not apply to any purchase made on this platform. If a checkout flow ever asks for an address, it is for billing/tax purposes only, never for shipping.

6. International availability

Because delivery is purely digital, JestBot is available to customers globally, subject to Razorpay’s own supported countries and currencies and to the international-payments approval process described on the pricing page for USD billing. There are no import duties, customs delays, or region-based shipping restrictions of any kind.

7. Service interruptions

“Delivery” in a SaaS context also means the service staying available after purchase. Our approach to planned maintenance, uptime targets, and downtime is covered separately in our SLA & Uptime Commitment, rather than in this policy, since that’s a distinct question from the point-of-sale delivery timing covered here.

8. If access doesn't unlock

If you’ve completed payment and your plan hasn’t updated within 15 minutes, first check Dashboard → Settings → Billing and try refreshing — most delays are webhook-related and resolve on their own well before that. If it still hasn’t updated after 15 minutes, contact support from the contact page with your Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation email) and account email, and we’ll activate the correct plan on your account manually — this is treated as a priority support case, not a general billing question.
