Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to use JestBot to build and operate chat bots for lawful purposes, and not to use it to ingest or distribute content you don’t have the rights to.

Documents you upload remain yours. JestBot processes them (chunking, embedding) solely to power your bot’s responses and doesn’t use your content to train shared models.

If you supply your own OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini key, requests made with that key are subject to that provider’s own terms and billing, separate from your JestBot plan.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing cycle via Razorpay until cancelled. Upgrades prorate the unused portion of your current cycle; cancelling stops renewal but keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
